How to find your Facebook Page ID when you need it

The Facebook Page ID is a unique numerical identifier that is assigned to each Facebook Page. It can be used to identify a particular page and is necessary for making requests to the Facebook Graph API.

A Facebook Page ID is a unique identifier assigned to a Facebook Page. Each Facebook Page has its own unique ID that can be used to identify and access the Page. To find the ID of a Facebook Page, you can follow these steps:

Pages that you manage may be of the new Pages experience or Classic.

On Desktop

New Pages Experience

To find your Page ID:

  1. Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
  2. Click See all Profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
  3. Click your Page’s name in the left menu to go to it.
  4. Click the About tab below your Page’s cover photo, then click Page transparency.
  5. Click See all, then click Go to Ad Library.
  6. Find view_all_page_id= in the address bar of your browser. Your Page ID is the number immediately following this.
Classic Pages

To find your Page ID:

  1. From your Feed, click Pages in the left menu.
  2. Click your Page name to go to your Page.
  3. Click About at the top of your Page. If you don’t see it, click More.
  4. Scroll down to find your Page ID below MORE INFO.

Alternatively, you can also find the Facebook Page ID by viewing the Page’s URL. The Page ID is the string of numbers at the end of the URL after “facebook.com/”.

On Mobile and Tablet (Android, iPhone and iPad)

New Pages Experience

Log into Facebook from a computer or a mobile browser to find your Page ID.

Classic Pages

To find your Page ID:

  1. Tap menu in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Tap  Pages or Your [number] Pages.
  3. Go to your Page.
  4. Tap About.
  5. Scroll down to see your Page ID.

Graph API Explorer

You can enter the page URL in Facebook’s Graph API Explorer and it will show you the page ID. Note that the method to find Facebook Page ID may vary slightly depending on the type of device or platform you are using to access Facebook.
