Hisense new line of laser projectors with integrated JBL speakers moves up entertainment
Hisense has released a new line of laser projectors that should please the most demanding users when it comes to creating a “home cinema”. The new models can project screens of up to 300 inches with integrated JBL sound to increase sound immersion.
The line has two models: the Hisense C2 Pro and the C2 Ultra, the latter of which has the differential of accompanying a subwoofer to reinforce the bass.
Speaking of the image, both have support for 4K projections up to 300 inches, or 7.6 meters wide diagonally with a brightness of up to 3,000 lumens. All this with 110% coverage of the BT.2020 gamut, 2,000:1 contrast, IMAX Enhanced support, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HLG and 240Hz refresh rate.
The image is adjusted with keystone correction and autofocus, as well as optical zoom. The operating system is VIVAA OS with support for voice commands via Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri and connection via WiFi and Bluetooth.
The sound system is another highlight: the C2 Pro has sound with 2 speakers of 10W power each, while the C2 Ultra has an additional 20W subwoofer at the base. There’s also the Hisense C2, which is pretty much the same as the C2 Pro, but has brightness reduced to 2,000 nits.
Design and Usability
The C2 Pro features a high-quality metal housing with a flexible stand that allows for 360-degree rotation and a 135-degree tilt, making it easy to position in different environments.
It includes smart features like VIDAA U7.6 operating system for quick access to streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+.
The projector supports AirPlay 2 and integration into Apple Home for seamless smart home connectivity.
The Hisense C2 Pro is designed for users seeking a high-quality home cinema experience with professional-grade features in a user-friendly package. Its combination of advanced projection technology, solid audio performance, and smart connectivity makes it an excellent choice for both movie enthusiasts and gamers looking for versatility in their entertainment setup.
