MTN Family & Friends

Family and friends is a call plan that allows you to choose up to 10 Family & Friends numbers (8 Mtn numbers, 1 other network and 1 international number) to enjoy lower call tariffs to sign-uped numbers.

Select option 6 to view family and friends Service
Select option 1 to Add a number
A confirmation SMS is sent after a successful add

To check your existing list:

To remove a contact under Family & Friends

Dial *550#

MTN Jara

MTN Jara is an all networks package open to only prepaid customers in Volta, Oti, Upper East, Upper West, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Northern, North East and Savannah regions of Ghana. MTN Jara allow qualified customers to enjoy unbeatable package that allows calls and SMSs to all networks in Ghana at as low as 66 Pesewas daily.

To join where qualified, dial MTN short code *550# to sign up. This package is auto self regulated daily, Daily auto subscription applies and will continue until subscriber decides to unsubscribe or will be automatically unsubscribed due to low airtime balance to support package re-subscription. Subscription to the offer can be done on any day and offer can be enjoyed from Mondays to Saturdays. Multiple and Repeat package subscriptions allowed. All unused minutes and SMS will roll over and remain valid for 48 hours (2 Days). They will however expire when there is no subscription renewal 48 hours (2 Days) after subscription. Unused minutes and SMSs subscribed on Saturday can be used on Sunday in line with the 2 Days validity rule. All expiration occur at 11:59pm of the day of expiration.

To cancel subscription any day, Subscriber have to send “STOP” to 550 to unsubscribe. Customers outside the Jara regions are excluded.

MTN Sunday Special

MTN Sunday Special is allows subscribers to enjoy Calls, Data and SMS to all networks in Ghana on Sundays at 65 Pesewas. In addition, all unused Minutes, Data & SMSs will roll over to the next Sunday once subscription remains active. To join, dial MTN short code *550# to sign up. Promo is open to only prepaid customers. Promo is subscription based. Weekly auto subscription applies and will continue until subscriber decides to unsubscribe or will be automatically unsubscribed due to low credit balance to support the package. You can make multiple subscriptions.
