iOS 18.1 Beta 6 brings Apple Music integration with TikTok

iOS 18.1 Beta 6 was released on 28^th of October to developers and some of them have already noticed a novelty: Apple Music now has integration with TikTok. With this new feature, it will be more interesting to show what songs you are listening to to your followers and friends.

he new version of Apple Music in iOS 18.1 Beta 6 brings a new share menu to TikTok with an integration similar to that seen with Instagram, available for the Meta app since 2020.

With this integration, TikTok automatically adds the song, album art, and shows three format options to share: video, photo, and direct message to your friends.

This makes the process faster and easier, as before you had to add every detail manually, including the album cover with a screenshot.

On the other hand, it is not yet possible to share snippets of song lyrics on TikTok, you still need to manually add them to the post, which is not necessary on Instagram, which can even show the synchronized lyrics while the song plays.
