- Prepare Installation Media:

- Start the Installation:
- Boot your computer from the USB drive.
- Follow the initial prompts, including selecting your language, time, and keyboard layout.
- Proceed to Installation:
- Click on Install Now.
- If prompted for a product key, select I don’t have a product key (if you are reinstalling, Windows will reactivate automatically later).
- Choose the edition of Windows 11 you wish to install and accept the license terms.
- Select Installation Type:
- Choose Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).
- If needed, delete existing partitions to create unallocated space for the installation (this will erase all data on those partitions).
- Bypass Internet Requirement:
- Once the installation begins and you reach the “Let’s connect you to a network” screen, press Shift + F10 to open the Command Prompt.
- In the Command Prompt, type the command:
OOBE\BYPASSNRO- Press Enter. Your PC will restart and return to the out-of-box experience (OOBE).
- Continue Setup:
- Select your region and keyboard layout again.
- When you reach the network connection screen, click on I don’t have internet.
- Then, select Continue with limited setup.
- Create a Local Account:
- Follow the prompts to create a local user account by entering a username and password.
- Set up security questions for account recovery if prompted.
- Adjust privacy settings as desired and complete the setup process.
- Finalizing Installation:
- Wait for Windows 11 to finalize the installation. You can now use your device without an internet connection.

- Data Loss Warning: Deleting partitions will erase all data on those partitions. Ensure you have backups of important files before proceeding.
