Upon visit to a customer care service station, customer service representative said;

Even him he is experiencing the same problem.

The comment, though unfortunate is the true revelation of the overwhelming nature of the situation. Businesses with prepaid lines are having similar challenges whiles individuals are taking the most hit in a complaining ordeal whiles the Network operator has not sent any communique to the poor nature of the network nor the Ghana NCA.

The abrupt nature of the network causes call not to connect and also disconnect calls at will even where a successful one manages to go through. Something that was not in existence before August. The situation extends to data services as the foundation is already affected.

Other networks like MTN Ghana and AT Ghana are operating normally at the time of this article.

On the flip side network technicians have been spotted in multiple places in the region repairing network lines belonging to Telecel Ghana.
