OpenAI accuses Elon Musk of judicial harassment and asks for dismissal of lawsuit

OpenAI has recently filed legal documents requesting the dismissal of a lawsuit brought against it by Elon Musk. In its filing, OpenAI claims that Musk’s lawsuit is baseless and constitutes judicial harassment aimed at promoting his own artificial intelligence startup, xAI. The ChatGPT developer also criticized the way the billionaire abandoned the project.

This legal battle marks a continuation of the tensions between Musk and OpenAI, which he co-founded. Musk’s lawsuit alleges that OpenAI has strayed from its original mission of developing AI for the benefit of humanity, prioritizing profits instead.
