Fortunately, there’s a simple way to disable this tracking and browse profiles without leaving footprints. The key to anonymity on TikTok is managing the Profile View History setting. This feature is reciprocal, meaning: You can only see who has viewed your profile if you have the setting ON.
The other person can only see that you viewed their profile if you have the setting ON. By turning this setting OFF, you become invisible to the viewing history of other users.

Method 1: Through Settings and Privacy
- Open TikTok and go to your profile by tapping the profile icon at the bottom right.
- Tap the three lines menu or the eye icon at the top right (depending on the app version).

- Scroll down to find “Profile views” or “Profile view history.”
- Toggle off the profile view history feature.
When switched off, you won’t be able to see who viewed your profile, but others also won’t know when you view theirs.
