Celltel, RAC, CEIEC pen MOU for Smart Cities project

Celltel Networks, Roberta Annan Consulting (RAC) and Chinese government’s international cooperation company, CEIEC have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate in the execution of a US$300 million Smart Cities Project in Ghana under the brand name ArisCel. Under the memorandum of understanding, Ghanaian organisation, Celltel Networks is the concept developer, Roberta Annan Consulting is onboard as transaction advisors for CEIEC, while CEIEC is a joint consortium of expert companies to deliver on the project. Ghana Card has finally begun registration

After multiple postponements, the registration and instant issuance for the national identity card, also known as the Ghana Card has begun. Where Frank Darko, a resident of Taadii (aka, Takoradi) in the Western Region has made his invention of a WaterTricycle. A final year Higher National Diploma Graphic Design dropout of Takoradi Technical University formerly; Takoradi Polytechnic. Frank deferred the course due to some personal reasons; he said to bb Franks invention features a frame of a bicycle thoughtfully put together with a propeller and three floating devices that primarilly ensure the healthy floatation of its occupant.
