Setting up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Set your pickup address<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This is the address used for courier collections. This address will also be printed on your shipping labels as the shipper address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Settings<\/strong>, Pickup<\/strong> Address<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your full shipping address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Add your export account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Your DHL <\/a>Express account manager will provide this to you. This is your unique shipping account number that identifies you with DHL Express. Your shipping account number is 9 digits long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Having a valid DHL Express account number configured in DHL Express Commerce is necessary to being creating shipments. <\/p>

    2. DHL Account No<\/strong>, Enter your DHL Express export shipping account number. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      3. <\/strong>Set your DHL Express products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      DHL Express offers a number of shipping products to cater for many different shipping requirements. Generally, our standard products used to ship internationally are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (WPX)<\/strong> | Our Time Definite International product. WPX is used when either the origin or destination countries are situated outside of the European Union.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (ECX)<\/strong> | Our Time Definite EU product. This product is our shipping service for within the European Union only. Both the origin and destination countries are within the European Union. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Shipping from outside of the European Union<\/strong> | Our recommendation is to configure EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (WPX)<\/strong> to allow shipping internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Shipping from the European Union<\/strong> | Our recommendation is to configure both EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (WPX) <\/strong>and EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (ECX)<\/strong> to allow shipping to both European Union and non-European Union destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
